What forms of payment are accepted online?
With Stripe, you can charge almost any kind of credit or debit card: U.S. businesses can accept VisaMasterCardAmerican Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club. Australian, Canadian, European, and Japanese businesses can accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Are credit card transactions secure?
Yes. All credit card information sent to Stripe is encrypted for complete security. Once you begin your checkout process everything will go through our secure server.


Do you send a confirmation e-mail?
Yes. Once your order has been placed you will receive confirmation of your order by e-mail.

What is your return policy?
Product Returns will be accepted for all stock items within 14 days for store credit or exchange only. This period of 14 days starts when the customer or a third person, that is not the company which delivers the product, receives the product. Damage claims on shipped items must be made within 24 hours of package arrival.  Please inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt as no claims can be made after this time.It is the customer's responsibility to inspect purchase(s) for damages within 24 hours. Transnatural will allow store credit and exchanges for items with receipt and, if applicable, in the original, intact packaging.  All credited returns and exchanges must be in original, undamaged, unused condition. Return shipping, payment for return shipping and any subsequent damages from return shipping are the responsibility of the purchaser.  

All special orders and items made to order are non-refundable. Many of our items are non-stock items.  It is the customer's responsibility to contact a Transnatural sales representative to check on stock and availability. Special orders and items made to order may be cancelled within 24 hours of receipt of payment--a 5% cancellation fee will apply.

Can I cancel an order that I placed online?
Yes. There is a 24 hour period from the time that the original order was placed in which you may cancel your order.

What are your shipping and handling charges?
Shipping charges are calculated based on size, weight and ship-to location and are culculated on the of the sales prices of products. All product prices are excluding shipments which will be seperately charged to the client.

Can I have my online order sent to a different location other than my billing address?
Yes, If you provide us with an alternate shipping address.

How is sales tax calculated on orders?
Stripe collects sales tax on all orders shipped. The tax is in accordance with the tax regulations of New York City (8.875%) exceeding $110. Prices are excl. customer duties, import taxes and further costs. All extra costs belong to the customer only.

What happens with my personal infromation?
Stripe does not share your information with third paties.
